5/20/16: 2nd Alarm Pier Fire, 900 Ocean Ave, Seal Beach Pier, Fire in a vacant one story restaurant at the end of approximately 1800' long pier with wooden decking. Numerous fire boats from OC Sheriff, Long Beach, and LA City assisted. Nothing showing on the arrival of E44. Dispatch started a 2nd Alarm based on call received at approx 0740hrs.
