5/19/12, 5th Alarm Commercial Structure Fire, 14041 Slover Ave x Banana Ave (Fontana) Fire involving two pallet yard approximately 500' x 600' and a truck tire business , 2nd Alarm on arrival with multiple propane explosions, Fire began in the occupancy at 14041 and extended to the pallet yard to the west and stored tires (200' x 300') and a metal clad (50' x 75') building to the east. Slover Operations called an operational retreat early in the fire due to the volume of explosions.
