11/15/2014: *Cliff Rescue* Dog and Owner stuck in a precarious position in the drainage between 2794 Hume Rd and Las Flores Canyon Road below. LACoFD Copter provided illumination as Malibu SAR accessed the victim. Malibu SAR extricated the dog and victim by walking them down to Las Flores uninjuried. Time of Alarm 1800 hrs.
