10/14/13: Crane Incident, 1st St and Pacific Coast Highway, A "Workover" Rig with approximately 80 foot mast was servicing a oil well when it suffered a partial collapse during the operation. HBFD evacuated a neighboring apartment building in preparation for mitigation of the hazard. Time of alarm approximately 1330 hrs.
