7/11/15: *Box Alarm* 5800 Renville St (between Henderson and Kirkwood), Reported Vacant Dwelling Fire, Engines 34, 42, Ladder 22, Ladder 8, Squad 4, Chief 7, Ladder 22 is on scene reporting a fire in a 2 Story Vacant Dwelling. 1st Engine will be stretchin., Engine 34 Stretching on a Dwelling. Chief 7 has Command. Dwelling was fully involved, and due to the fact that Ladder 22 was not opening, companies had to wait until the arrival of Ladder 8 for a tower operation to be started. There was some minor damage to the siding of an occupied dwelling to the north due to radiant heat. A fan was used in the front door of this dwelling. Time of Alarm 0327
